Fees
Health Insurance Covers Evaluations and ABA Services
NM ACCESS accepts most insurances as listed below and can look into developing single-case agreements (SCA) with insurance companies that we are not contracted with (i.e., NM ACCESS is considered out-of-network). A single case agreement allows NM ACCESS to provide services to the client at an in-network level. The development of such an agreement is typically for a short period of time requiring renewal or is contingent upon other factors such as provider credentialing. Please contact us for more information if you believe NM ACCESS is out-of-network with your carrier.

*NM ACCESS does not accept CHP+. CHP+ runs similar to a private insurance product; therefore, CHP+ holders are encouraged to reach out to their insurance care coordinators for assistance.

School Contracts
NM ACCESS has developed contracts with multiple school districts to provide ABA services to their students. In addition to collaborating with school districts to provide ABA services, NM ACCESS has also provided school consultation and independent educational evaluations.
Private Pay
If insurance does not cover any cost of treatment or only partially covers the cost of treatment the balance is paid out-of-pocket.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
